Finding a home in Winnipeg’s downtown does not mean having to compromise city versus nature. 300 Assiniboine is situated right on the bank of the Assiniboine River and next door to Bonny Castle Park. Access to the beautiful river walk is right outside your door year round. This popular path joins many of Winnipeg’s downtown neighbourhoods, as well as The Forks, Winnipeg’s premier meeting place. In the winter, the river is transformed into Canada’s longest ice skating trail, complete with eclectic warming huts designed and built by talented artists, architects and designers.  Experience the near-by sites of the Canadian Museum of Human Rights, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and the Manitoba Museum.
